Aurem Care appoints Richard Lawson as regional director

Aurem Care has appointed Richard Lawson as its regional director for the South.

With more than two decades of experience in the care sector, Lawson will oversee the operations of seven homes, with plans for expansion at the residential and nursing care provider.

He began is career in care as a home manager and has worked in the hospitality and entertainment industry.

‘My journey has been full circle, from social care and social work to hospitality and back to care, where my heart truly lies. I am passionate about empowering our teams to deliver outstanding care and making Aurem Care synonymous with excellence. I look forward to working with the dedicated staff and residents across our homes, ensuring we provide a home for life for those we care for,’ Lawson said.

His role at Aurem Care involves not only overseeing the homes but also supporting staff to excel in their roles.
