McKay brings experience from senior leadership roles in several global engineering businesses. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for managing strategy and growth agendas.

Over the past 12 years, he has chaired organisations, including Witherslack Group, a provider of education and care for children and young people with special educational needs.

‘We’re delighted to welcome Ian to the board, as we continue with our latest phase of investment and growth at ivolve. Ian’s extensive leadership experience and ability to drive quality and growth are evident, and we’re excited for him to join our board,’ said Tim Davies, ivolve chief executive.

‘Ian’s extensive experience and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to deliver our mission to support people to flourish in a place they call home. His passion for care aligns perfectly with our values.’

Marriner will continue to contribute to the group as a senior advisor to its investors.
